I am loving this elliptical. I just got it today. It took my boyfriend like 10 minutes to put it together, I hopped on it, danced while performing it and got a excellent workout in only 20 minutes. If you want a good workout without having spending a bunch of cash on the real point, this is the way to go!

I’ve a treadmill at house as well, so this is a nice change up, really works your legs out. The work out would be good with some small weights in your hands. Unlike the larger machines you cannot hold on, which I think is better for your body, makes you balance and move your arms. My calves are sore today, and I was sweating very a bit after 30 minutes.
